Implementation is a joint effort by the project team and others. The new system is prepared for ‘live’ migration and final cut-over at the most convenient time operationally. Full on-site or dial-in support is provided.

A systematic review is conducted after completion. This also addresses any new matters, such as training or customisations, and prepares for any deferred components.
