Jason Quirk International Professional Services Manager
Jason joined the FastTrack team as a computer programmer in 1999, on completion of a Bachelor of Computing degree. He moved into a Project Management role two years later, and is now an integral part of the Professional Services team. The main objective of his team is to provide services that optimise operational efficiency and maximise system ROI. To achieve these, this highly experienced group of technical experts have developed extensive, proven methodologies in Business Analysis and Business Process Review, Implementation Planning Studies, Customisation Developments (based on a specific client’s requirements), Data Migration, and System Implementation.
Jason’s comprehensive knowledge of the intricate workings of the FastTrack system and of recruitment processes enable him to communicate technical solutions in a way that clients can easily understand, and assist them in realising immediate operational efficiencies and ROI.
As the most senior member of the Professional Services team, Jason’s focus is to continue to improve Professional Services processes, increase client exposure to the value of the services his team offers, and introducing new concepts that will see clients benefit from immediate positive effects to their bottom line.
By being actively involved in our clients businesses we can better understand how their business operates and gain insight into processes that are unique to their business. This allows my team to better review, identify and recommend an end-to-end technical solution that best meets their needs and to advise how each business can get the most out of their FastTrack solution.
FastTrack continues to provide industry leading solutions that are influenced heavily by our intellectual property collected over the 13 years we have been in operation, research into new technologies and client involvement in our solutions. This means we are positioned to remain relevant and keep up with the ever changing needs and complexity of recruitment operations.”
