2. Procedure for Registration

Registration and payment is mandatory to confirm your attendance to any advertised course. The registration form can be obtained from FastTrack's Learning & Development Department or can be downloaded from FastTrack's website. Please contact the Learning & Development Coordinator prior to sending the registration form to ensure the availability of seats in a particular course.

Each participant will receive confirmation of their registration. Registration is confirmed when FastTrack receives full payment for the course(s) and is on a first come first serve basis. Incomplete registration forms will be considered null and void. FastTrack reserves the right to give booking preference to clients who have paid the course fee in full. Registration forms received without payment will not guarantee a place in the required course(s).

All registration forms need to be signed by the authorised approver/attendee and can be faxed back to FastTrack on (03) 9225 9601 or a scanned copy can be emailed to training@fasttrack.com.au.
