FastTrack has re-launched fasttrack.com.au, with a fresh new design and navigation, enabling site visitors to more readily and intuitively access information.

The new website has focussed on significant improvements to the information architecture and layout, while laying the foundation to deliver future services. The change aims to deliver more relevant, up to date content to users, with easy navigation and means it is now easier to find information on specific areas of interest.
The features and benefits of FastTrack’s core products and services are more readily accessible, and the new Client Profile area showcases a number of client implementations. These demonstrate what a successful implementation looks like and what quantifiable benefits and returns on investment can be achieved as a result of upgrading to FastTrack’s truly integrated product suite.
In addition, in-maintenance clients will have full access to an enhanced, secure portal that opens up a wealth of user resources. Clients can continue to access upgrades and updates, user documentation, procedures and legislative compliance guidelines. However, the structural change means these can now all be easily accessed from the one page – less clicks means more time savings for users. No matter how small the time saving we know that in recruitment every second counts.
The next stage of the redesign, yet to be deployed, will focus on how FastTrack can provide clients with more ways than ever to connect with us and vice versa. If there is a good fit between the customer need, the demand for the service and the delivery channel, the foundations have been built-in to enable deployment. The future could see FastTrack’s Clients logging into the Client Portal to participate in virtual training classes or accessing interactive e-Learning tools.
