Integrated Group began life in 1992 as Integrated Workforce, a dedicated industrial recruiter and labor hire agency whose strengths lay in its home state of Western Australia and in Queensland. Its growth over the next 12 years has taken it down a different path to most recruiters. Integrated Workforce became a publicly listed company in 1999. In 2002, it acquired Total Marine Services, which added marine equipment supply (tugs, utility and specialised vessels, etc) and marine manning and catering services to its core business. In the same year the company also changed its name to Integrated Group Ltd to better reflect its status as a diversified industrial services group.
